Key Takeaways
  • Ripple and Arf plan to bring RLUSD settlement financing to the XRP Ledger.
  • A chart shared by Amonyx projects XRP toward $45.50.
  • Arf’s existing $10 billion annual settlement business does not represent committed XRPL volume or XRP purchases.

Ripple has added another institutional use case for the XRP Ledger through a partnership with Arf, a payments financing company reporting approximately $10 billion in annual settlement volume.

The agreement arrives as bullish commentators circulate a chart projecting the token toward $45.50, while holders continue to debate whether extreme price surges are possible.

Ripple and Arf Target Cross-Border Funding Gap

Arf announced the partnership on Oct. 22, targeting licensed payment companies that need working capital while international transfers settle.

These businesses can face a timing mismatch as they must fund a payment before the money supporting it becomes available.

“Payment companies need capital to keep money moving while they wait for funds to settle,” Arf co-founder and CEO Ali Erhat Nalbant said.

Arf will initially provide RLUSD-denominated financing on XRPL, typically repaid within one to five days.

It says its existing capital turns over approximately 4 times per month.

XRP’s $45.50 ‘Supercycle’ Chart

Separately, an Oct. 19 post from crypto commentator Amonyx shared a chart attributed to MrGert with the declaration:

“XRP SUPERCYCLE INCOMING.”

The projection compares XRP’s earlier market cycles with a possible extended breakout toward $45.50.

The argument rests on recurring patterns of consolidation and expansion.

The chart’s bullish interpretation also identifies the $1.50–$2.10 area as important support.

XRP’s subsequent trading below that range makes it particularly difficult to treat the setup as already confirmed.

Reaching $45.50 Would Require a 3,347% Rally

XRP traded around $1.32 at the time of writing, with approximately 63.13 billion tokens circulating.

From that starting price, reaching $45.50 would require a gain of approximately 3,347%, taking the token to roughly 34.5 times its current level.

Assuming circulating supply remained unchanged, the target would imply a market capitalization of approximately $2.87 trillion.

Applied to the maximum supply of 100 billion, it would produce a fully diluted valuation of $4.55 trillion.

For perspective, a $2.87 trillion valuation would put XRP above Amazon’s $2.70 trillion market cap.

It would also exceed Meta’s roughly $1.65 trillion valuation and approach twice Tesla’s $1.48 trillion market value.

It would also be approximately 75% larger than Bitcoin’s current $1.64 trillion capitalization — meaning XRP would overtake today’s Bitcoin valuation well before reaching $45.50.

What the Arf Deal Actually Means for XRP

Arf has built against XRPL’s proposed lending specifications and intends to move the program onto native lending infrastructure once the relevant amendments activate.

XRP will have an operational role, with ledger transactions consuming XRP fees, while accounts and certain ledger objects require token reserves.

While these requirements do create usage, they do not require the financing principal to be held in the token.

To assess whether the partnership will boost demand, holders will be watching financing volumes and the XRP balances required to support their activity.

Extreme Price Forecasts Keep Climbing

The $45.50 projection joins a wave of extraordinary XRP forecasts circulating among bullish commentators, with some targets stretching into four, five, and even seven figures.

In a Sept. 25 chart, pseudonymous analyst Dark Defender identified what he called XRP’s largest-ever cup-and-handle pattern, with an initial breakout level of $1.88.

His projected milestones then climb through $18.22, $74.39 and $333.12, before reaching a $750–$1,000 range.

“I see $750 – $1000 these days. This is great. Psychological readiness is here,” he wrote.

Jake Claver has gone substantially further.

In a June interview with TheStreet, he outlined a scenario involving widespread tokenization and payments made by autonomous AI agents.

“Ten years—I think you could see $1 million apiece per token for XRP in that timeframe,” Claver said.

At an unchanged circulating supply of approximately 63.13 billion tokens, that would imply a market capitalization exceeding $63 quadrillion.

Claver previously backed $100 by the end of 2025, but the token finished around $1.87—approximately 98% below that target.
