Key Takeaways
  • XRP analyst Egrag Crypto warned that “the crash is coming” while mapping a downside route as low as $0.15.
  • The same long-term chart places $1.65 as a crucial breakout level, with targets reaching $7.50, $13, and $30.
  • FedNow’s proposed cross-border expansion does not name Ripple, XRP, or any crypto company as an intermediary.

XRP holders have been handed one of the market’s most dramatic split-screen forecasts yet, a possible fall toward 15 cents on one side, and a long-term run to $30 on the other.

Crypto analyst Egrag Crypto wrote that “the crash is coming,” alongside a monthly XRP chart that shows two very different paths from the current range.

XRP’s $1.47 Price Support Is the First Test

Egrag’s chart places XRP near its 77-month exponential moving average at roughly $1.47.

Below that level, the downside markers become increasingly severe:

  • $0.65
  • $0.40
  • $0.24
  • $0.15.

A fall from around $1.47 to 15 cents would represent a decline of almost 90%.

It also does not attach a date to the lower targets.

What XRP Would Need to Do to Reach $30

The $30 target is not Egrag’s next stop for XRP.

It sits at the far end of a long-term bullish roadmap and would require a rise of roughly 2,620%, or more than 27 times, from the chart’s $1.47 region.

First, XRP would need to avoid a loss of $1.47 and then decisively break above $1.65, near its 33-month moving average.

From there, Egrag’s chart maps several major hurdles: $3 and $5.50 appear before the bigger targets of $7.50, $13, and $30.

XRP Price Bulls Grow Louder as Catalysts Fall Away

XRP’s biggest bulls are becoming more vocal even as the supposed catalysts behind their predictions have weakened.

The lack of an immediate historical breakout has not stopped the hype from growing.

EasyA co-founder Dom Kwok recently wrote:

“$1,000 is more likely than ever.”

Kwok did not mention XRP or give a reason for the claim.

However, XRP commentator CharuSan linked the post to the token, calling Kwok “one of the rare people whose words I can trust” and suggesting he had access to supporting information.

CryptoBull has predicted XRP could reach $27 by the end of October, with $7 as an intermediate target.

Meanwhile, XRP commentator Pumpius has outlined a conditional route to $100 before the end of 2026, requiring billions of dollars in XRP ETF inflows each week, along with favorable regulation.

The most extreme long-term call comes from software engineer Vincent Van Code, whose AI-assisted scenario places XRP at $100 to $200 by 2030 and as high as $500 by 2035.

Even Standard Chartered’s reported long-term forecast is bullish by conventional standards, pointing to $19.60 in 2029 and $28 in 2030.
