Twitch streamer MrsRuvi went viral this week, and in a refreshingly wholesome change to most viral Twitch clips, it’s not because she’s a racist or had an NSFW wardrobe malfunction on camera.

The streamer, who is known for her Food and Drink streams in which she shows her viewers what she’s making in the kitchen, was caught off guard by a new subscriber and a funny comment from her son.

‘You Have a Husband!’

During the recent stream, MrsRuvi was doing nothing more sensational than talking to viewers, thanking them for being part of her community. Suddenly, a new subscriber alert popped up.

“Philipdefranco just subscribed,” read the alert, prompting MrsRuvi to exclaim “Philip DeFranco why won’t you notice me, notice me Philip DeFranco!”

She added that Philip DeFranco, a YouTuber who has 6.4 million subscribers, is “so handsome.”

As MrsRuvbi gushed about how handsome DeFranco is, her son walked past and yelled, “you have a husband!” just in case his mother had forgotten.

The comedic timing of MrsRuvi’s son’s remark helped the video to go viral, and it has been viewed more than 370,000 times on Twitch.

Twitch Streamer MrsRuvi Finally Gets Her Wish

Incredibly, the person who subscribed wasn’t the real Philip DeFranco; it was just an imposter. However, after tweeting that the YouTuber hadn’t responded to her, DeFranco did respond to say “Hi.”

The YouTuber also spoke about MrsRuvi in a video on his YouTube channel.

Often, when Twitch clips go viral, it’s because someone has said the n-word or because an attractive female streamer had an NSFW wardrobe malfunction, but this MrsRuvi video was different. Maybe that’s why it went viral.

Whatever the reason, it’s one of the best – and most wholesome – things you’ll watch today.
