Key Takeaways
  • CryptoBull’s $27 XRP forecast has 18 days remaining before its end-of-October deadline.
  • Ripple’s Oct. 27–29 Swell event features executives from Robinhood, BNY, ICE and TD Securities.
  • XRP would need to rise approximately 1,870% from $1.37 to reach the target.

A $27 XRP prediction has just 18 days left to deliver, with Ripple’s upcoming Swell conference offering one final major event before the deadline.

The New York gathering runs Oct. 27–29, ending two days before CryptoBull’s end-of-October target expires.

Its confirmed lineup includes financial industry executives, celebrities, and Ripple execs, including CEO Brad Garlinghouse and President Monica Long.

However, with XRP trading around $1.37, reaching $27 would require an extraordinary rally.

Ripple Signals Product and Partnership Announcements

In its Sept. 29 preview, Ripple set expectations for announcements at the conference.

“Swell has historically been where Ripple makes its most significant product and partnership announcements.”

The company said its tenth-anniversary gathering would continue that pattern.

Confirmed speakers include Robinhood’s Johann Kerbrat, BNY’s Laide Majiyagbe, ICE’s Michael Blaugrund and TD Securities’ Elizabeth St-Onge.

The sessions are set to feature conversations on digital asset access, trading infrastructure, tokenized collateral and stablecoins.

Garlinghouse and Long will also participate in discussions on the direction of crypto markets and financial services.

For the first time, the event brings Swell together with the XRP Ledger-focused Apex conference and the academic UBRI Connect gathering.

That creates an opportunity for Ripple to demonstrate further adoption.

But the preview does not confirm any specifics covering XRP.

What Would It Take for XRP to Reach $27?

CryptoBull outlined the target in an Aug. 6 post, asking:

“How does $27 for #XRP sound by end of October 2026?”

Using XRP’s $1.37 price on Oct. 13, reaching $27 would require the token to increase almost twentyfold, a gain of roughly 1,870%.

Spread evenly across the remaining 18 days, that would mean approximately 18% compounded growth every day.

The valuation implications are equally substantial.

With around 63.13 billion XRP circulating, a $27 price per XRP would imply a market capitalization of around $1.70 trillion, assuming supply remained unchanged.

Applying the price to XRP’s maximum 100 billion supply would produce a fully diluted valuation of $2.7 trillion — this would be bigger than the entire market cap of Meta and Tesla.

Will Swell Announcements Translate Into XRP Demand?

The key test is what any announcement requires customers to do with XRP.

A partnership involving token custody or settlement could have different implications from one focused on stablecoins or services that generate revenue for Ripple.

The XRPL requires XRP for account reserves, with its documentation specifying a base reserve of 1 XRP.

But that requirement alone does not establish that any institutional activity will create enough token demand to support CryptoBull’s extreme forecast.

For holders assessing Swell, the strongest evidence would be details showing developments that could push more customers towards XRP.
