Sky News also noted that any suspension lasting 10 sitting days or longer could trigger a recall petition in Farage’s constituency.
If at least 10% of eligible voters supported the petition, a by-election would be triggered, although Farage would still be allowed to contest the seat.
A spokesperson for Reform UK told the publication that the party leader’s office was continuing discussions with the Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards and maintained that the donation complied fully with the rules.
The spokesperson said Farage had consistently regarded the payment as a private gift with no conditions attached and insisted there had been no breach of parliamentary standards.
Farage himself rejected allegations that the donation should have been formally registered.

Stack BTC focuses on building Bitcoin reserves by acquiring profitable companies and converting their earnings into crypto.
According to reports, the firm currently holds 21 Bitcoin valued at more than £1 million, while the company itself carries a market valuation of roughly £6.45 million.
