Twitch streamer Corinna Kopf has announced she is quitting Twitch to jump platforms over to Facebook Gaming. The streamer, who has 412,922 followers on Twitch, is moving to Facebook’s gaming platform after Twitch banned her for clothing she wore in an old stream.
In a tweet and in a video posted to her Facebook page , the streamer said:
As a female gamer, it’s so important for me to find a home that not only empowers myself but also all of you, in order to make a positive impact in the gaming world.

Few fans are surprised to see the streamer move to Facebook Gaming. After Twitch banned her, many asked her to move to Mixer or YouTube. That was on December 1 and while it took Twitch just a couple of days to allow her to stream again, it prompted many to ask the streamer to move.
Corinna Kopf’s move to Facebook Gaming will likely have Twitch scared. Several streamers have moved from Twitch to other streaming platforms but her decision to move came incredibly quickly. It means that other streamers who aren’t happy with Twitch’s treatment could find an alternate platform, like Mixer or Facebook Gaming, within days. It also means that one erroneous ban from Twitch could easily send a streamer to a growing list of competing streaming platforms.
