Imagine what you would do if you could start your life at the start of the U.S. Dollar? Would you start “Bank of America”, or the New York Stock Exchange? There are people doing just that, right now! These five business ideas should help you get your mind working, and thinking like a future financial mogul. Only you’ll be starting your future financial fortune in The Bitcoin Age, so here are some Bitcoin business ideas to get you started. It’s never too late to start a business, and the future of money is a great place to start, if you can think big, and like to be creative. See what others cannot (with a little help from yours truly.)
Brand yourself as the local Bitcoin expert in your city. How many Bitcoin consultants are there in your town? The answer is not many, if any at all. So take the lead and walk people through how to get started. Of course, you’ll need to “bone up” on how Bitcoin works, but hey, that’s one of the many ways this Bitcoin Bonanza guide helps bring you value! The information in here will make you an instant expert in your locale. And you don’t need to be the world’s greatest Bitcoin mind. If you know three things about something that somebody else doesn’t know, they’ll look at you as an expert, and they’ll treat you as such. But why stop at three, right? Become The Bitcoin Guy, or Gal, in your area.
Follow my lead! I have an online Bitcoin training business, accept Bitcoins for payment, and feel like I’m helping the world learn about a new way to use sound money. Financially and spiritually rewarding. Plus, there are plenty of places, languages, and people looking for more information on Bitcoin. There’s a whole Internet out there, just waiting to “crack the code” on Bitcoin information. People want to know what’s going on in Bitcoin. Selling information is one of the world’s greatest businesses. No overhead, but incredible returns. All you really invest is your time, and you can sub-contract or outsource things you may not do well. This is probably the best place to start. And if you speak another language, you can crush it in foreign markets as a pioneer. An ocean of potential here.
This is a pretty new business model and as more and more people are looking to mine Bitcoins it will probably get more lucrative. The idea is that you set up a network of miners and let people buy contracts from you in order to join the mining process. Cloud Hashing does a good job at explaining this in more detail. Not a shoestring home start-up to be sure, but a way for a true salesman to get started.
Take advantage of the appreciation and growth of Bitcoin, and open a store that accepts payments only in Bitcoin. You can undersell your competition in price, take Bitcoin payments, and leverage their naturally increasing value as a profit margin. You will probably need an investment partner as you’re buying goods short-term, and probably losing money up front, to get a return in future Bitcoin gains.
Take Litecoins, Altcoins, Dogecoins, and exchange them for Bitcoins or vice versa. Exchanges are hard to open in the U.S., but have a huge global upside. Plus, more and more countries are making the rules of exchange engagement clearer for the new Bitcoin business creator. I’m sure you can learn from Mt. Gox’s mistakes.
Take this as a starting point to open up your creative floodgates. Find a niche and plug that hole. Contact your local attorney before starting any financial services business.
