Crowd payment solutions provider Mobbr announced the launch of a crows payment platform known as Mobbr Crowd Payments, which also has Bitcoin as one of its currencies. The platform is the world’s first and only crowd payments platform for the collaborative economy.

Mobbr’s platform activates the potential of crowd-sourced labor. Users of the platform sign up for an account which they can use to look for tasks and team members with whom they can collaborate on accomplishing the tasks therein.

One of the unique features of Mobbr is the “social salary.” The social salary is a functionality that distributes money to laborers with a single click, and this enables professionals be paid easily. The laborers can work when, where and for whomever they want. How Mobbr Crowd Payment Works

The crowd payment platform is designed to work for three entities, businesses, professionals and platforms. The following is a brief description of how it works for each of the above.

  • Businesses – the Mobbr platform provides round-the-clock access to the best possible expertise around the world. Businesses can find platforms, create tasks, pledge money and invite contributors on Mobbr. It enables businesses get workers in areas where skilled workers are often hard to find. The platform also enables businesses get information on the contribution of their workers in real-time leading to faster task completion and turn-around times. The platform would also enable businesses pay workers in proportion to their contribution.
  • Professionals – Professionals can find tasks, check the status of the tasks they have done, work on tasks and receive money for completed assignments. Workers are not confined to an office schedule or space but can work whenever, wherever and for whomever they please. They also get paid instantly. The platform also enables workers find a variety of tasks and optimize their income potential.
  • Platforms – Mobbr offers access to productive resources without costly investment, and provides tools for collaboration and community websites. These platforms potentially can provide new income streams and opportunities for professionals and businesses alike.

The kicker for Mobbr lies in the fact that it offers its payment platform free of charge to businesses and platforms. The company charges a monthly transaction fee of 5% that is capped at 9 EUR. This new crowd payment platform from Mobbr solves an old problem for crowdsourcing, which has lacked an effective payment infrastructure that allowed for payment of crowds.
