It’s taken a while, but it seems that certain sections of the British media are finally catching on to what royal fans have known for years. That Meghan Markle is taking advantage of the fact that Prince Harry doesn’t appear to be the sharpest tool in the shed.

Claims that Meghan played Prince Harry like a piano may come as some sort of revelation to much of the public, and no doubt as another horrible racist headline to Meghan’s fans, but to anyone who’s watched this royal debacle unfold over the past year or so it shouldn’t be surprising.

Lady Campbell is usually on the money when it comes to Meghan Markle and Harry – and this time is no different

Speaking about the dynamics of the relationship between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Lady Campbell’s insight is usually pretty close to what I consider the reality behind the couple’s carefully curated image.

And her comments in the Daily Star are no different:

She played Harry like a piano, hitting the right keys until she got everything she wanted.

Let’s be honest; it wouldn’t have taken a lot of effort from Meghan to manipulate Prince Harry into the position he finds himself today.

That of a royal fool who’s allowing his family and himself to be stripped down for parts by the American entertainment industry.

Netflix depiction of the Queen in The Crown may be award-winning, but it’s not the only royal show on the go

I’m as big a fan of The Crown as any other royal fan, but despite the stunning portrayal of Queen Elizabeth by both Claire Foy and Olivia Colman, I don’t think either can be considered the most realistic depiction of a royal on the Netflix streaming service.

No, that honor goes to the portrayal of Prince Harry by both Richard Goulding and Tom Durant-Pritchard, and Kathryn Drysdale, who played Meghan Markle in the Channel 4 production The Windsors.

That’s right. The portrayal of Prince Harry as the incredibly dim individual who spends his time amusing himself with coloring books and ogling Pippa Middleton’s bottom is far closer to reality than anything the excellent cast of the Crown can possibly deliver.

As for the character of Meghan Markle? She’s portrayed as jealous of Prince Harry’s infatuation with Kate Middleton’s sister and secretly thinks Prince William’s wife is an actual robot.

I’m not sure Prince Harry and Meghan know of the show’s existence. If they did, I’m reasonably sure they’d be taking legal action against Netflix instead of working for them.

Post-royal life is giving us an insight into the real Meghan Markle and Prince Harry

Princess Diana often remarked on the “men in grey” who ran much of the news and information that would come into the public domain from the Palace.

Their involvement was a two-way street, though.

While they could be seen as controlling and stifling, they also made sure that any negative stories or issues that could cause embarrassment wouldn’t hit the media headlines.

Having freed themselves of the PR machine that Buckingham Palace has to offer, we’re now seeing the real Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

It’s no coincidence that since they ventured out on their own, they’ve seen their popularity among the public drop.

The “warts and all” version of both Harry and Meghan isn’t pretty.

We’re seeing Prince Harry for the not-so-bright dullard that he has always been rumored to be, and Meghan Markle exposed as an egomaniacal social climber.

What Lady Campbell has known for years is now becoming public knowledge. Finally.
