Yesterday Newegg posted a tweet that sparked the rumors of whether or not they would start accepting Bitcoin as a payment source. This is the first time we have heard anything official from Newegg about implementing Bitcoin:

Newegg is an online retailer of computer software and hardware with a revenue of more than 2.5 Billion USD annualy. If they start to accept Bitcoin, as Overstock.com did yesterday, we would see an increasing Bitcoin adoption by mainstream users.

Now, let’s show Newegg how much buzz they will get if they start to accept Bitcoin for payments, and let’s ensure a quicker implementation!

We advice our beloved readers to:

1. Comment on Newegg’s facebook page and ask if they will start accepting Bitcoins.

2. Tweet to @Newegg about the possibilities of what Bitcoin implementation will do.

3. Comment on Newegg’s instagram profile, their Google+ account, their Pinterest profile, and on their Youtube videos.

4. Send them an email telling them that you would love if they start accepting Bitcoin.

5. Call toll free to +1 (800) 390-1119 (Monday – Friday: 5:30 AM – 7:00 PM, Weekend: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PST) and ask them to accept Bitcoin.

Let’s all try and get Newegg to start accepting Bitcoin payments and let’s show what the Bitcoin community is about!
