Cryptocurrency Investment Firm Token Fund Announces Three Project Advisors

Moscow, Russia June 12, 2017 – The Token Fund, which already has over $1 million in cryptocurrency tokens under management, has announced the inclusion of three advisors to their project.  Those advisors are Alex Fork, Wulf Kaal, and Leif-Nissen Lundbaek.  

Token Fund has shown remarkable gains in what has been an intentionally below the radar alpha testing stage.  The project has a goal of attracting investors and having over $10 million under management before the end of 2017.

Alex Fork, the founder of Humaniq, a simple and secure 4th generation mobile bank, brings a wealth of experience in the cryptocurrency field. Fork led Humaniq to a $5 million ICO in April, and has big plans to bring his mobile banking app to over two billion unbanked people around the world.  Alex is a member of the board at, author of the book “Bitcoin. More than money” and the founder of the Future Fintech accelerator. Fork organised an Ethereum conference with Vlad Martynov (Ethereum advisory board) and Vitalik Buterin (Ethereum founder), which was attended by over 500 banking professionals.  Alex’s recent experience with his own startup, as well as his long experience advising startups, makes him an exceptional addition.  

Wulf Kaal is a tenured professor at the University of St. Thomas in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he is also Director of the Private Investment Fund Institute. Kaal is a leading expert on Blockchain Applications in a broad array of industries, including initial coin offerings and smart contracting, as well as private investment fund regulation and compliance. His scholarship constitutes over 85% of the empirical and theoretical scholarship on Blockchain Applications in corporate governance and private fund regulation in the United States. Additionally, Prof. Kaal is the leading proponent of dynamic regulatory tools for innovation.

Leif-Nissen has worked at prestigious companies UniCredit, IBM, Daimler AG, and has been CEO of Xain AG since 2016.  Leif-Nissen founded the XAIN AG as a startup as a result of his governed Blockchain based research during his PhD thesis at Imperial College London and his Masters project at the University of Oxford. His work focuses mainly on the trusted computing and security gains of Blockchains in a governed manner in industry, particularly for financial services. Previously, he worked as an Analytics Engineer at Mercedes-Benz and as an Optimization Engineer for IBM as well as the Italian UniCredit Bank. He has received an M.Sc. in Software Engineering at The University of Oxford with distinction as well as an M.Sc. in Mathematics at Heidelberg University, magna cum laude.
