Bitcoin Foundation - Bitcoin 2014 Event in Amsterdam

The Bitcoin Foundation announced Tuesday the Bitcoin 2014 Event to be held at the Amsterdam Passenger Terminal in Amsterdam, Netherlands on May 15 - 17.

While the announcement only gave a brief outline of the event, the theme, Building the Digital Economy, will feature speakers and panelists such as Jim Harper of the Cato Institute, Fred Ehrsam of Coinbase, and Stephan Pair of BitPay, among plenty others. More information is being added daily.

The Amsterdam Passenger Terminal overlooks the canals and is placed in a convenient driving distance from the Schiphol airport.

Registration is open at Bitcoin2014.com.

This will be the second Bitcoin Event, the first one in San Jose, California last year, which brought over 1,200 attendees including the Winklevoss twins.
